Crystal-Clear Segment Statuses
We heard your feedback! We know that understanding the exact status of a segment and interpreting the loading bar could sometimes be a challenge. We've taken that feedback and acted quickly to update our segment status definitions, giving you a more precise understanding of where your audiences are in their lifecycle – from creation to activation and beyond. This update is designed to help you quickly assess segment health and take informed actions.
Comprehensive Definitions: Each status now includes a detailed explanation of what it means (e.g., "In progress," "Delayed," "Ready to share," "Delivering data," "Inactive," and error states).
Actionable Guidance: For each status, you'll find clear next steps, such as how to reactivate an inactive segment or who to contact for assistance with errors.
Transparent Delays: Specific criteria for "Inactive" segments (90 days without activation, 180 days without impressions) and clarity on "Delayed" segments (tied to client-specific SLAs).
This enhancement ensures that media planners, account managers, and marketing analysts can confidently manage their audiences, quickly identify readiness for activation, and understand potential issues.
