We've significantly upgraded the first-party data segmentation flow in Loop v5.7, making it easier and more intuitive than ever to build powerful audiences.

What’s new?

Simpler First-Party Data Segmentation Flow

This revamp addresses key user frustrations and introduces a smoother, more reliable experience:

  • Simplified Rule Usage: Each rule is now self-explanatory, eliminating confusion, especially for sorting and filtering.

  • Clearer Interface: We've removed unnecessary fields and streamlined the UI for a cleaner workspace.

  • Actionable Error Messages: No more dead ends! The redesigned UI provides clear, real-time feedback, guiding you to complete your audience definitions accurately.

This update ensures that Retailer/First-Party Data Clients and Audience Planners can build precise first-party segments with greater confidence and efficiency.

Clearer Licensing Error Messages

When licensing an audience to external platforms, you’ll now see clear, descriptive error messages if something goes wrong.

  • The issue is shown both in the segment details and at the specific seat (platform destination) where the problem occurred.

  • Messages explain what happened (e.g., “Audience limit reached,” “Account permissions issue”).

  • Each message suggests actionable next steps, like reviewing platform terms or cleaning up audiences.

  • Available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to support all users.

These improvements help you quickly understand and resolve most licensing issues without needing to contact support.
