What is Loop?

Loop is a data management platform (DMP) built by Epsilon LATAM. It allows agencies and marketing teams to collect, segment, and activate audience data across major DSPs, ad networks, and exchanges. By combining first-party and third-party data, Loop helps advertisers reach the right audience every time.

Why Use Loop?

  • Better Targeting: Build and activate highly relevant audience segments for your product or your clients'

  • Cross-Device Reach: Connect users across different devices and platforms.

  • Privacy-First: Designed to align with evolving data regulations.

  • Seamless Activation: Direct integrations with major ad platforms.

What Can You Do with Loop?

Loop simplifies audience management into three core steps:

  1. Collect & Import Data – Connect data sources and bring in audience data from multiple platforms.

  2. Segment & Enrich – Organize, filter, and enhance your data to create precise audience segments.

  3. Activate & Measure – Export your segments to ad networks and track performance.

Step 1: Collect & Import Data

Bring your data into Loop using various methods:

First-Party Data Collection

  • Streaming data – Collect data in real time using Loop's tag (via Google Tag Manager or direct installation) or by calling the Loop API.

  • Batch data – Upload CSV files manually or use data-in integrations (e.g., S3 data buckets) for large-scale TSV file ingestion.

  • Send real-time data from your mobile app or other external platforms – Sync event data from your mobile app, CRMs or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) via API.

  • Ad platform integrations – Capture data from DSPs or advertising platforms where you run campaigns with our tag.

Step 2: Segment & Enrich Data

Build custom audience segments using data collected from different sources.

  • Custom segmentation – Use behavioral, demographic, or custom attributes.

  • Data enrichment – Enhance your segments with Epsilon’s extensive third-party data.

  • Lookalike modeling – Find new users similar to your best customers.

  • Cross-device matching – Connect audience identities across devices for better targeting.

Step 3: Activate & Measure Data

Once you have your segments, activate them in your preferred advertising platforms:

  • Export audiences to ad networks & DSPs – Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok, and more.

  • Set frequency caps & refresh rates – Ensure audience segments stay up-to-date.

  • Measure performance – Track how your segments perform in ad campaigns.
