Seats are connections between Loop and external advertising platforms (such as DSPs and social ad platforms) that enable audience activation. Before you can push any segments to a destination, you must set up at least one seat.

Why Do You Need to Set Up a Seat?

Seats allow you to:

  • Activate Audiences – Send audience segments from Loop to DSPs, social platforms, or other marketing tools.

  • Ensure Data Accuracy – Proper seat setup ensures audience data is synced correctly with your advertising platform.

  • Manage Multiple Destinations – A workspace can have multiple seats, allowing you to activate audiences across different platforms.

Supported Platforms in Loop

Loop currently supports the following advertising platforms:

  • Social Media Platforms – Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok Ads.

  • Programmatic DSPs – The Trade Desk, Xandr, Basis DSP.

  • Ad Networks & Exchanges – Teads Ad Manager.

  • Marketing Platforms – Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform.

When Should You Set Up a Seat?

You should set up a seat before attempting to activate any audience segment. Without a connected seat, Loop cannot send data to your chosen advertising platform.
