If your web data source is not displaying any collected data, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.

1. Has It Been Less Than 24 Hours?

Loopโ€™s data collection may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the platform after the tag has been deployed.

  • If less than 24 hours have passed, please wait and check again later.

  • If more than 24 hours have passed, proceed to the next step.

2. Verify That the Loop Tag Is Correctly Implemented

If your data source remains empty after 24 hours, confirm that the Loop tag is properly installed and functioning on your website.
