Before you begin using Loop, make sure you have access to the right workspace and know how to log in. This guide walks you through both steps.
How Workspaces Work
A workspace is where your client data lives.
Think of it as a folder that contains segments, sources, and platform connections for a specific advertiser.
Workspaces are created and managed by Epsilon by request of your company's point of contact.
Each workspace belongs to a parent organization—for example your agency if you are an advertiser.
Each client you manage has its own workspace. If you only have a team, you may need only one.
You will only see the workspaces you have been granted access to.
🔒 All data and platform connections are isolated per workspace to protect client privacy.
How to Log In
You may log in using user and password credentials, or a SSO if your company has it available.
Go to the Loop login page here
Enter your email
If your company has SSO set up, you will be redirected automatically to your custom authentication flow
If your company doesn't, you will be prompted to enter your password
✔ Once done, you’ll land directly in the workspace you have access to.
If you belong to multiple workspaces, you can switch between them from the workspace selector inside the platform.
Issues to Access to Your Workspace
Epsilon sets up your workspace access in advance. If you try to log in and see an error saying you don’t have access to any workspace, it means:
Your workspace access hasn’t been granted yet, or
You’re using the wrong email to log in
🧩 Reach out to the admin of the workspace tied to the client you’ll be working with. They can confirm your access.
