Loop allows users to edit, delete, and organize seats into groups for easier management. This guide explains how to perform these actions efficiently.

Edit a Seat

Users can only modify the name of a seat after creation.

Steps to Edit a Seat:

  1. Locate the seat in the Seats section.

  2. Click on the “...” (More Options) button next to the seat.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Enter the new seat name.

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Delete a Seat

Users can delete a single seat or multiple seats at once.

Delete a Single Seat:

  1. Locate the seat in the Seats section.

  2. Click on the “...” (More Options) button next to the seat.

  3. Select Delete.

  4. Input the security word “delete” to confirm and prevent accidental removal.

  5. Click Confirm.

Delete Multiple Seats:

  1. In the Seats section, select the checkboxes next to the seats you want to delete.

  2. Click the trashcan icon in the top bar.

  3. Input the security word “delete” to confirm.

  4. Click Confirm to permanently remove the selected seats.

Create Seat Groups

Seat groups help organize multiple accounts, making it easier to find seats during activation. This is particularly useful for agencies managing multiple clients.

Why Use Seat Groups?

  • Simplifies seat selection during audience activation.

  • Improves workflow efficiency for users handling multiple accounts.

Steps to Create a Seat Group:

  1. Click Create New in the Seats section.

  2. Enter a name for the group.

  3. Use the search bar or the selector to find the seats you want to add.

  4. Click the checkbox next to each seat to include it in the group.

  5. Once all desired seats are selected, click Create to finalize the group.
