A Saved Audience Planning is a stored version of an audience you built using Loop’s (or partner) third‑party data. By saving a planning, you can revisit it any time—either to analyze key metrics or activate it in your chosen ad platforms.
Why Use Saved Audience Plannings?
This feature helps you understand audience data—like demographics, behaviors, or trends—before deciding to launch a campaign. You can explore various combinations of interests or taxonomies, save them, and return to finalize or edit at a later stage.
Example Use Case
An agency manager wants to build a segment of “fashion‑interested millennials” using Loop’s third‑party data. They define the criteria (demographics, interests, and purchase behaviors) but aren’t yet ready to deploy. By saving the planning, they can discuss the segment’s potential with clients, compare insights (e.g., age distribution, device type usage), and activate it later once the campaign budget is approved.
Where and How Are Plannings Saved?
Creation: After defining an audience in the Audience Planner, click Save. Any saved planning is automatically stored for future reference.
Retrieval: Access your stored audiences under Audience Planner → Saved Plannings.
What Can You Do With a Saved Planning?
Edit: Adjust parameters or update demographic criteria.
Analyze: Review audience insights, such as device type, location, or key interests.
Duplicate: Create a copy of a successful planning and adapt it for another campaign.
Activate: Push the saved audience to a connected seat and begin running ads.
Delete: Remove unneeded or outdated plannings to keep your workspace organized.
How to Activate a Saved Planning
Once you’re ready to launch a campaign:
Go to Audience Planner → Saved Plannings.
Select your desired planning and click Share.
Choose the Seat (destination platform) where you want to run your campaign.
Confirm and watch your newly activated segment become available in that platform.
Click on the "Share planning" button to select the seat for activation
